By accessing or using the Fungaia platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to create an account. Users under the age of 14 must have a parent or legal guardian create and manage their account. Profiles managed by adults will be labeled accordingly for safety and transparency.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use Fungaia in a respectful and lawful manner. You must not:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Post offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse the platform.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you post, but you grant Fungaia a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. You are solely responsible for what you share.

5. Safety and Events

Fungaia promotes offline events, but we are not responsible for what occurs during in-person meetups. Always use caution and meet in public spaces when interacting with others from the platform. We encourage guardians to be involved in younger users' participation.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that we consider harmful to the community.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes your acceptance.
